Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ismo Laitela (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drederic Tatum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tatum has chosen Corrosion of Conformity - Vote with a bullet as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Drederic Tatum enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tatum throws a hook but Laitela blocks it.
Laitela jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Laitela shoots for a double leg takedown but Tatum sprawls well. He's pushed Laitela's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tatum misses with a right hand

and Laitela counters with a single leg into guard. Tatum didn't expect that.

The ground and pound from Laitela seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Laitela postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Laitela is looking to take a break and control but Tatum is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Tatum is working to avoid the ground and pound but Laitela connects with a decent elbow.
Laitela controls the position.
Tatum is trying to buck Laitela off.
Laitela really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Tatum fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Tatum uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Laitela has time to react.
Tatum bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Laitela's head backwards.

Laitela is rocked!

and Tatum counters with a stiff right hand.
Oh Laitela is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
