Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Phil Flynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Edgar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Atkins and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edgar is looking to clinch.
Edgar has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Flynn blocks a head kick by Edgar.
Flynn circles away from the clinch attempt.
Edgar tries to close the distance and clinch but Flynn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Edgar gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Edgar should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Edgar wants to sweep here but Flynn controlling him for the moment.

Edgar has his foot on Flynn's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Flynn works his way back into a safe position though.

Flynn looks up at the clock and then as Edgar takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Flynn smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Edgar wants to get back to his feet but Flynn is dominant here and he's now got Edgar's back!

Edgar is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Flynn will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Flynn lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Flynn prevents Edgar from getting the reversal.
Flynn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Flynn connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Edgar some visible discomfort.
Edgar is breathing heavily.

Flynn decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Edgar gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Flynn shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Edgar working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Flynn doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Edgar is tightening it up a little... Flynn has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Flynn reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Flynn taps out! nice BJJ there by Edgar!
