The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gabriel doesn't manage to clinch there - Masters circles away.
Masters throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Gabriel.

It looks like Justin Gabriel has been cut.
Masters keeps Gabriel at a distance using the push kick.
Masters throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gabriel stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gabriel looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Masters is fending him off so far but Gabriel persists. Nope, Masters circles away and we're back to standing.

Gabriel is breathing heavily.
Masters connects with a leg kick. Gabriel looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Masters lands a nice looking body shot.
Masters tries a head kick but it misses.
A slapping leg kick lands for Masters.
Masters scoring well with a low kick there.
Masters lands a big head kick that sends Gabriel to the canvas! Masters follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
