Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bad Idea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tupac Shukar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Idea comes to the cage accompanied by Boss of All Bosses . Shukar has chosen hit em up as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shukar lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Idea backs up against the cage.
Idea uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Shukar.
Shukar throws a series of punches but Idea moves out of range.
Shukar tries to bum rush Idea with a series of wild strikes but Idea uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Idea fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Shukar looks to throw the jab but Idea is out of range.
Shukar looks to score with a jab to the body but Idea is just out of range.
Shukar throws a looping overhand right but Idea ducks down to avoid it.
Shukar avoids a punch combination nicely.
Shukar throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Idea counters by clinching up.

Idea has Shukar pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Idea pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Shukar tumbling to the mat - Idea dives into Shukar's guard.
Shukar scores with a short punch from the bottom.
Idea knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Shukar on the ground.

Shukar is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Idea defends well.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Idea pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Shukar is keeping the position for now.
Shukar is striking off his back. Idea thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.

Idea tries to pass the half guard into mount. Shukar knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Idea is trying to control the action in half guard but Shukar is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Shukar wants to improve his position but Idea is controlling well.
Shukar is not content to let Idea control the position.
Idea scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Idea trying to mount his opponent but Shukar defends it.
Idea lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Idea working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Idea lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Idea connects with a nice short shot to Shukar's temple.
Idea moves nicely into side control.
Shukar wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.

Shukar throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Idea looks up at the clock and then as Shukar takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Idea smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Shukar tries to strike but it doesn't land.
Shukar tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Idea wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Shukar is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Idea is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Shukar is desperately trying to improve his position but Idea has a good base and remains in mount.
Idea controlling his opponent.
Idea lands a heavy elbow.
Shukar is wriggling around trying to escape.
Idea trying to control but Shukar is having none of it.
Shukar is looking to get to half guard.
Shukar has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Shukar flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
