PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nobunaga Shirow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jed Masilungan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Masilungan is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Born From Pain by Earthcrisis. Both these fighters had to take extra time to make weight as they missed the initial 155lb limit. Nobunaga Shirow came in at 156.5 and Jed Masilungan came in at 156.1 but after the extra two hours, both guys managed to get with the one pound allowance. No doubt it will have affected them physically though, so let's see if that has an affect on the fight. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Masilungan has left one of his arms exposed and Shirow doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Masilungan screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
