Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scott Nash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alan Fargus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alan Fargus told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scott Nash!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alan Fargus!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fargus doesn't manage to clinch there - Nash circles away.
Fargus has a takedown stuffed.
Nash tries to clinch up
and Fargus counters with a two punch combo.
Nash tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Fargus counters with a nice double leg into side control. Nash won't be happy with that.
Fargus tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fargus has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Fargus decides to stand back up.
Nash swings widly with a right hand
and Fargus counters with a straight right hand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Nash is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fargus.
Nash cracks Fargus on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Fargus falls backwards against the cage. Nash follows up with more strikes that drop Fargus to his knees. Nash keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Fargus! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Scott Nash!
