Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Justin Roza!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malurky darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Malurky keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Roza staying out of range there.
Roza rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Malurky counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Malurky swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Roza fails with the takedown.
Malurky connects with a right hand. Roza shakes it off.
Roza with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Justin Roza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Malurky counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Roza looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Roza throws a poor cross that misses
and Malurky counters with a stiff right hand.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Roza ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Malurky digs a good body shot into Roza's ribs.
Roza swings away with a body shot that misses
and Malurky counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Roza tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Malurky swivels and escapes.
Dan Malurky has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin Roza.
Roza throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Roza fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Roza throws a combination that misses
and Malurky counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Roza thinking.
Roza looks gassed!

letting Malurky counter with a right hand.
Roza misses with a takedown attempt
and Malurky counters with a straight that turns Roza's legs to rubber! Malurky pushes forward with more strikes and Roza goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!
