The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Targaryen thows a leg kick but Crews checks it
and Crews connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Rhaegal Targaryen has been cut.
Crews listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A low kick from Targaryen is predictable there
and Crews counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Targaryen looks gassed!
Crews punishes Targaryen's body with a nice straight punch.

Crews catches Targaryen napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Targaryen to the canvas!

That has opened up Rhaegal Targaryen's cut even more.

Crews passes Targaryen's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Crews content to control rather than advance.
Crews is pressing down on Targaryen's thigh, looking to free his foot. Targaryen is holding on for now.
Crews passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Targaryen!

Crews looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Crews sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Crews wants to control the pace but Targaryen is squirming around nicely.
Crews is really struggling to control Targaryen but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Crews is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Targaryen is surviving well by controlling Crews's body position as best he can.

Crews jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Targaryen manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Targaryen is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Targaryen prevents Crews from moving into mount.
Targaryen is looking for a sweep.
Targaryen can't do much from the bottom here.
Targaryen is not content to let Crews control the position.

Targaryen trying to control but Crews postures up.
Targaryen manages to get to full guard.
Targaryen preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Targaryen wants to sweep here but Crews controlling him for the moment.
Targaryen not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Crews knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Targaryen on the ground.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Crews trying to control the position from guard on top but Targaryen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Rhaegal Targaryen's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
