The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paisti is looking to clinch.

Cha throws a combination. Paisti tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Paisti takes a swing at Cha's ribcage but misses.
Paisti misses with a hook. Cha ducked under it nicely.
Paisti throws a looping overhand right but Cha ducks down to avoid it.
Paisti ducks right into an uppercut from Cha.

Paisti is looking to wear down Cha with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Paisti tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cha was well out of range. Poor timing from Paisti.
A looping hook to the body misses from Paisti. Cha does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cha throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Paisti connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Paisti misses with a two punch combination.
Paisti throws a push kick but Cha slaps the foot to one side.
Paisti throws a predictable looking body shot

and Cha counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Paisti's guard now.
Paisti wants to get back to his feet but Cha is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Cha tries to free his leg and advance position but Paisti is retaining full guard.

Cha postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Paisti is wriggling around but Cha manages to pass to half guard.
Paisti knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cha on the ground.

Cha is working for a kimura but Paisti is defending it quite comfortably.
Cha lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Paisti is trying to get back to full guard.
Cha content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Cha passes the guard and advances to mount!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Cha controlling the pace for now.

Paisti avoids a series of strikes thrown by Cha.
Paisti wants to try and get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cha lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Paisti is looking to improve his position but Cha isn't that keen on the idea.
Cha sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Paisti is in all sorts of trouble here.

What can Paisti do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Cha is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Paisti. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.

Paisti is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Cha has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Cha is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Paisti knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Paisti is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Cha can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Paisti is looking to escape.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Cha scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Cha has hold of Paisti's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Paisti manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!


Cha throws a hook but Paisti blocks it.
Cha uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Paisti.
Paisti tries to clinch up but Cha circles away and keeps his distance.

and Cha cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Cha is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Paisti.
Cha throws a shot from downtown. Paisti moves away and avoids it.

and Cha counters with a nice body shot.
Paisti throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Paisti ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

and Paisti takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Cha closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Paisti is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Cha asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Cha has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Cha tries to score with some ground and pound. Paisti controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Cha thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Cha is looking to take a break and control but Paisti is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Cha slips a jab and a cross from Paisti.
Paisti sizes up Cha with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Cha throws a poor cross that misses
and Paisti counters with a three punch combo that has Cha backing up. Cha nods at Paisti to acknowledge the strikes.
Paisti misses with a body kick.
Cha feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Paistis jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Cha might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Cha Cha is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Cha closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Paisti's guard.
