Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Steeve Guenot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luiz Cabral (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Luiz Cabral will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Steeve Guenot!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Luiz Cabral!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Paulo Santos and Leandro Rodrigues.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Guenot shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Guenot showed some decent athleticism there.
Cabral looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Cabral wants to improve his position but Guenot is controlling well.
Guenot looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Guenot seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Cabral for as long as he can get away with.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
