PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwight Ansalon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lee might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Tourniquet . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Russell Pearce and Bruno Lombardi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ansalon throws a sloppy body shot
and Lee counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Ansalon falls off balance throwing a combination

and Lee counters with a nice double leg into side control. Ansalon won't be happy with that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lee connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Ansalon some visible discomfort.

Ansalon tries to lock up and control but Lee gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
