Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Donny Duckovski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arjay Murphy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murphy has chosen Feel the Rush as his entrance music. Arjay Murphy has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Donny Duckovski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arjay Murphy!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murphy shoots in and drives through. Duckovski sprawls well.
Duckovski tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Murphy paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Murphy moves in looking to clinch but Duckovski pushes him off.
Murphy swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Murphy scores with a one two! Duckovski had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Murphy looks to land a combination but Duckovski avoids it well.
Murphy throws a wild body kick that Duckovski sees coming a mile off.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Murphy tries to bum rush Duckovski with a series of wild strikes but Duckovski uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Duckovski misses with a takedown

and Murphy counters with a nice double leg into side control. Duckovski won't be happy with that.

Duckovski is looking to regain half guard here but Murphy keeps moving and retains side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Duckovski is trying to control Murphy's posture but Murphy avoids it.
Duckovski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Murphy on the ground.
Duckovski gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Murphy is trying to control the action in half guard but Duckovski is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Murphy is working for a kimura but Duckovski is defending it quite comfortably.
Duckovski is looking to improve his position.
Duckovski really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Murphy perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Murphy is working for a submission of some sort.
Duckovski is looking to control Murphy's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Duckovski avoid being mounted?
Duckovski is breathing heavily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Duckovski is looking to improve his position.

Murphy is looking for a kimura here.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Murphy tries to bum rush Duckovski with a series of wild strikes but Duckovski uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Arjay Murphy dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Duckovski fails with a takedown attempt.
Duckovski shoots for a takedown but Murphy saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Murphy fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Duckovski wants to clinch.
Murphy goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Duckovski shoots in for a double leg but Murphy sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Donny Duckovski. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Murphy throws a low kick but it's checked well by Duckovski.

Murphy moves into the clinch successfully.
Murphy tries to break the clinch but Duckovski is controlling the position.
Duckovski drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Murphy wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Duckovski has him pressed against the cage.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Duckovski decides to pull guard.
Murphy trying to control the position from guard on top but Duckovski is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Murphy forces his way into half guard.
Murphy tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

Duckovski wants to control but Murphy is keeping busy.
Duckovski tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Murphy has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Murphy is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Duckovski is surviving well by controlling Murphy's body position as best he can.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Arjay Murphy showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Duckovski keeps control of Murphy as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Duckovski prevents Murphy from breaking the clinch.
Duckovski tries to pull guard but Murphy holds him up against the cage and eventually Duckovski drops back down to his feet.

Murphy not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Duckovski will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Murphy doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Duckovski is looking to advance position but Murphy has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Murphy pulls Duckovski in close to his closed guard and prevents Duckovski from doing any damage or advancing position.

Arjay Murphy comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Murphy has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
