Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Standup BangBang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bret Hatton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think BangBang might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I'm not afraid!. Hatton is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bret Hart theme. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Andrew Berry and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
BangBang throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
BangBang misses with a shot to the body
and Hatton counters with a single leg into guard. BangBang didn't expect that.
Hatton wants to control from the top but BangBang keeps moving.
Hatton has gone for a leg lock! BangBang slips out almost immediately though and dives into Hatton's guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
BangBang gets to his feet. Hatton looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
BangBang throws a shot from downtown. Hatton moves away and avoids it.
BangBang throws a series of strikes that have Hatton backpedaling.
Hatton lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Hatton shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
BangBang goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Hatton shoots in and bounces BangBang off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.

Hatton drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but BangBang manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Hatton has BangBang in his guard.

BangBang wants to stand but Hatton has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Hatton is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and BangBang defends well.
BangBang has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Hatton is proving hard to escape from.
Hatton is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Hatton is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. BangBang is aware though and is defending well.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

BangBang decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Hatton, up you get!
BangBang throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hatton.

BangBang rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Hatton counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hatton.

BangBang is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Hatton postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! BangBang is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hatton, into his guard.
BangBang wants to get up but he can't break Hatton's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Hatton working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. BangBang doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Hatton is tightening it up a little... BangBang has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! BangBang reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! BangBang taps out! nice BJJ there by Hatton!
