Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Noriyuki Nayoui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cy Nasqu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nayoui comes into the arena with nWo Theme blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nayoui misses with a left hand
and Nasqu counters with a straight right hand.
Nayoui throws a left and a right that both miss
and Nasqu counters with a nice low kick that buckles Nayoui's knee momentarily.
Nasqu dips to his left and cracks Nayoui with an uppercut!
Nayoui throws a lazy uppercut
and Nasqu counters with a stiff right hand.
Nasqu misses with a few strikes there.
Nasqu wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Nayoui throws a poor cross that misses
and Nasqu counters with a nice leg kick.
Nayoui misses with a combination
and Nasqu makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Nayoui throws a left and a right that both miss
and Nasqu counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Nayoui is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Good exchange - Nasqu coming out on top.
Nasqu works over Nayoui's head and body with a nice combination.
Nayoui needs to keep his hands up - Nasqu had a free shot at his head there.
Nayoui swings widly with a right hand
and Nasqu counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Nayoui is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Nasqu fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Nayoui.
Nasqu scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Nasqu misses with a body kick.
Nayoui walks into a stiff left hand from Nasqu.
Nasqu uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Nayoui has time to react.
Nayoui is rocked!
Nayoui is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Nasqu Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Nayoui is out cold, face down on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Cy Nasqu!
