Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rua throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rua tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Nogueira manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Nogueira cracks Rua with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Rua clinches up with Nogueira and pushes him back against the cage.
Nogueira takes a knee right on the jaw!
It looks like Antonio Rogerio Nogueira has been cut.
Rua tries to land a knee to the head but Nogueira blocks with his arms.
Nogueira takes a knee right on the jaw!
Rua throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Nogueira blocks it with crossed arms.
Nogueira goes for a takedown attempt but Rua pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Nogueira shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Rua wants to stand and escape but Nogueira is having none of it.
Nogueira throwing strikes but missing.
Nogueira has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Rua is proving hard to escape from.
Nogueira prevents Rua from getting back to his feet.
Nogueira pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Rua is keeping the position for now.
Nogueira stands and throws Rua's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nogueira has an Americana. Rua didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Nogueira is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Nogueira hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
