The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phoenix lands a jab-cross combination.
Phoenix cracks the inside of Cingeto's front leg.
Phoenix throws a poor cross that misses
and Cingeto counters with a straight right hand.
Phoenix leaves Cingeto with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Phoenix throws a looping overhand right but Cingeto ducks down to avoid it.
Cingeto scores with a takedown into Phoenix's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Phoenix is controlling Cingeto's posture.
Cingeto forces his way into half guard.
Cingeto stalling.

Phoenix blocking the ground and pound attempt from Cingeto.
Cingeto is looking to stall here but Phoenix recovers full guard.
Cingeto postures up in Phoenix's guard and throws a big left but Phoenix blocks it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Phoenix wants to stand and escape but Cingeto is having none of it.
Phoenix keeping moving, preventing Cingeto from controlling successfully.
Cingeto throwing strikes but missing.
Cingeto throws a big right hand that misses.
Phoenix looking for a sweep. Not yet Phoenix, not yet.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cingeto accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Cingeto is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Phoenix utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Cingeto is in close to Phoenix's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Cingeto stands and throws Phoenix's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Cingeto working the ground and pound but Phoenix is defending the strikes.
Cingeto throwing shots but missing, from side control.
Cingeto is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Phoenix has escaped the position, nice work there.
Cingeto trying to control the position but Phoenix is working away.

Cingeto working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Cingeto cracks Phoenix with a big right hand but Phoenix just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ver Cingeto dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
A looping hook to the body misses from Cingeto. Phoenix does a little dance to reset his feet.
Phoenix swings widly with a right hand
and Cingeto cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Cingeto waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Phoenix.
Cingeto misses with a body shot.
Phoenix throws a looping overhand right but Cingeto ducks down to avoid it.
Phoenix throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Cingeto counters with a nice double leg into side control. Phoenix won't be happy with that.
Cingeto throws an elbow but Phoenix slips to the side and avoids it well.
Cingeto working the ground and pound.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cingeto is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Phoenix knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Cingeto tries to advance to mount but can't.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Phoenix takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Cingeto lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Phoenix down.
Cingeto has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Phoenix is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Cingeto yanks on the arm and Phoenix is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Cingeto.
