Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Knyto Gruffo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Deal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Deal is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Megadeth - Countdown to Extinction. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Al Deal!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deal shoots in but Gruffo avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gruffo lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Deal has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Deal and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Gruffo throws a front kick aimed at Deal's knee but Deal avoids it well.
Deal defending well as Gruffo loads up on a big left hand.
Gruffo looks to land a right hand but Deal moved out of range.
Gruffo pivots, looking for a leg kick but Deal is out of range and Gruffo settles back down.
Gruffo fakes the leg kick and cracks Deal in the body.
Donk. Gruffo catches Deal right on the button with a cross.
Deal misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Deal is defended easily by Gruffo.
Knyto Gruffo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Al Deal.
Deal shoots and misses
and Gruffo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Deal looks gassed!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Deal shoots in for a takedown but Gruffo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Gruffo dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Deal. That did some damage!
Deal bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Gruffo comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Deal falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Deal was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Knyto Gruffo!
