PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Hammil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hammil might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to This Fire Burns. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hammil.

Silva tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hammil swivels and escapes.

Hammil has Silva pressed against the cage, preventing Silva from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Silva is pushing Hammil up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Silva drops down looking for an ankle pick but Hammil pulls his leg out and moves away.

Silva is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Hammil rolls with it to try and escape but Silva cranks on the arm and Hammil is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
