Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johnnie Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tj Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnnie Walker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Tj Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, William Gold and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker lands with a thumping leg kick.
Walker tries to clinch but Johnson moves out of range.

Johnson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Johnson is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Walker wants to control but Johnson is keeping busy.

Johnson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Walker doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Johnson.

Johnson is looking for a kimura here.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Walker is controlling Johnson's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Johnson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Walker defends it well.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Johnson prevents Walker from standing back up.
Walker is trying is best to control the position here.

Johnson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Walker is just riding it out for now. Johnson eventually gives up the hold.

Johnson is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Walker sees it coming and defends easily.
Johnson looks gassed!

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Johnson seems to be working for a kimura but Walker defends the submission attempt.

Walker flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Johnson stops Walker from getting back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Walker tries to get to full guard but Johnson has control of the leg.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Johnson works his way into full mount!

Johnson looking for a guillotine from mount but Walker is having none of it.

Johnson has control of Walker's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Walker regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Walker is wriggling around trying to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Tj Johnson will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Walker lands a nice shot to the body.

Walker drives through and clinches with Johnson against the cage.
Walker lands a body punch in the clinch.
Johnson fails to pull guard.
Johnson has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Walker is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Johnson jumps guard but Walker stands there with Johnson around his waist. Johnson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Johnnie Walker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tj Johnson.
Walker lands a knee to the body.
Walker scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Johnson tries to pull guard but Walker won't allow it.
Walker tries to land knees in the clinch but Johnson avoids the damage to the body.
Walker throws an elbow but it misses.
Johnson is breathing heavily.

Walker breaks the clinch.
Walker dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Johnson. That did some damage!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Walker throws a combination. Johnson tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Walker lands a big head kick that sends Johnson tumbling to the mat! Walker takes a step backwards and waves Johnson back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Johnson is rocked!


It looks like Tj Johnson has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Walker fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Johnson square on the jaw! Damn, Johnson is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Johnnie Walker!
