Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaine de La Valliere (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). de La Valliere has chosen Showtek - Black 2008 as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Jenkins tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
de La Valliere misses with a double jab.
A head kick by Jenkins misses
and de La Valliere counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Kaine de La Valliere seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
de La Valliere thows a left - swing and a miss!
Nice takedown defense from de La Valliere. No joy for Jenkins on that attempt.
de La Valliere ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Jenkins is breathing heavily.
de La Valliere throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
de La Valliere feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jenkins sprawling to the canvas! Jenkins rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can de La Valliere finish him?!
Jenkins is rocked!
It looks like Paul Jenkins has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
