Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe Rumble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Prince Symbol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Symbol shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rumble but Rumble pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Symbol bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Rumble parries the strikes from Symbol easily there. Symbol is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Rumble to escape.

Symbol closes the distance and clinches up with Rumble, looking for a takedown. Symbol pushes Rumble against the cage but Rumble circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Rumble keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rumble connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Symbol momentarily.
Rumble is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Rumble stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Rumble wants it to stay on the feet.
Rumble tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Symbol was well out of range. Poor timing from Rumble.

Symbol is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Rumble wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Rumble uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Symbol has time to react.
