Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Laurent Gardan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyrone Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gardan comes to the cage accompanied by AC/DC - If You Want Blood. Jones has chosen Az Yet - Last Night as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Gardan misses the target.
Gardan chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jones can pounce on him.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Gardan is defended easily by Jones.
Gardan rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Jones counter with a right hand.
Gardan looks for the body kick but Jones saw that one coming.
Nice defenses there by Jones.

Tyrone Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones doesn't manage to clinch there - Gardan circles away.
Jones is looking to clinch but Gardan is avoiding it.

Jones fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gardan has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Jones moves to clinch but Gardan breaks away

and Gardan counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Gardan.
Jones is leaning against Gardan and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
The referee is keeping an eye on Jones - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Jones works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Gardan is breathing heavily.
Jones slowing the pace effectively.
Gardan throws a knee to the head but misses.
Gardan pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Jones putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Gardan in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Jones unloads a knee to the mid-section. Gardan lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Jones escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Gardan gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Jones points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Gardan wakes up just in time to hear Jones thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
