Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aldo has his takedown stuffed

and Wallace holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Wallace's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Aldo dodges the punch combination from Wallace.
Aldo fails with the takedown
and Wallace counters with a two punch combo.
Wallace throws a right hand that Aldo ducks under and follows up with a left that Aldo also avoids with ease.
Wallace lands a really nice looking cross but Aldo seems unphased.

Wallace pushes Aldo up against the cage in a clinch.
Wallace wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Wallace's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Wallace tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Aldo manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Aldo doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Wallace lands a two punch combo.
Aldo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Wallace counters with a stiff right hand.
Micka Wallace has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jose Aldo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wallace lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Aldo circles away quickly and effectively.
Aldo is aggressively charging in as Wallace backs up avoiding any damage. Wallace tosses out a jab and Aldo runs right into it face first! Aldo is out cold! Wallace dropped down on all fours and is barking in Aldo's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
