The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daley throws a looping overhand right but Nutz ducks down to avoid it.
Nutz doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Nutz moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Nutz throws a left and a right that both miss
and Daley counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Daley.
A right hook to the body lands for Daley.
Nutz breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nutz fails to land the takedown.
Daley lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Nutz is rocked!
Daley cracks a nice hook into Nutz's ribs.
Oh Nutz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nutz is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nutz is aggressively charging in as Daley backs up avoiding any damage. Daley tosses out a jab and Nutz runs right into it face first! Nutz is out cold! Daley dropped down on all fours and is barking in Nutz's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Paul Daley!
