The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emelianenko fails to land the takedown.
Emelianenko closes this distance looking for a takedown but MIx circles away.
MIx keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Moses MIx has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fedor Emelianenko.
A looping hook to the body misses from MIx. Emelianenko does a little dance to reset his feet.

MIx is looking to work some ground and pound but Emelianenko has wrist control.

Emelianenko pushes a forearm under MIx's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, MIx is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
