The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gurakovskiy shoots in but Dubov avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Dubov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Saha Dubov has been cut.

Dubov fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Gurakovskiy to the ground. Dubov is now in Gurakovskiy's guard.

Dubov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Gurakovskiy walks away with a smile on his face. Dubov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Gurakovskiy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dubov swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Dubov is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Saha Dubov hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
