Offenhard kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Ghostface Killah - Daytona 500. Sackett has chosen Boulevard of Broken Dreams as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sackett misses with a kick to the body
and Offenhard counters with a thumping low kick.
Offenhard tries a head kick but it misses.

Sackett works the jab nicely.

Sackett fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Offenhard manages to avoid it.
Offenhard throws a leg kick but Sackett sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Sackett feints a jab promting Offenhard to slip. Sackett then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Offenhard slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

A slow jab from Sackett misses its intended target.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Sackett.
Sackett feints and then cracks Offenhard's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Offenhard down.
Sackett lands with a nice body kick.
A low kick from Offenhard is predictable there
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Offenhard tries a head kick but it misses.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Sackett lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Offenhard has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Offenhard and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Offenhard wants to clinch up but Sackett keeps it at a distance.
Offenhard uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Offenhard throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

and Sackett makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
That kick from Sackett tenderised Offenhard's leg. Offenhard is trying to keep his angry face on.
Both fighters circling a little - Sackett finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Sackett goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Sackett cracks Offenhard with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Sackett lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Offenhard can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Sackett and Offenhard drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Sackett.
