Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dawkins Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sinn Sixx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dawkins Sanchez has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez ducks right into an uppercut from Sixx.

It looks like Dawkins Sanchez has been cut.
Sanchez fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Sanchez closes the distance and clinches.
Sanchez avoiding damage.

Sanchez breaks the clinch.

Sixx lands a big uppercut and Sanchez crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Sanchez looks OK. Sixx waves Sanchez back to his feet!

Sanchez is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sixx throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Oh Sanchez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sanchez tries to clinch there but Sixx circles away.
Sixx throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sanchez counters with a left and a right that stings Sixx.
Sanchez seems to have got his legs back now.
Sixx misses with a hook

and Sanchez counters by moving into the clinch.
Sixx wants to break the clinch but can't.

Sanchez gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Sixx keeping full guard, as Sanchez tries to pass.
Sanchez is in close to Sixx's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Sixx really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sanchez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sixx tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Sanchez postures up.

Sanchez drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sanchez jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Sixx has an active guard here but Sanchez has managed to pass into half guard.
Sixx is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Sanchez thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Sanchez is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sixx doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sanchez.
Sanchez passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Sixx!

Sanchez breaks from Sixx's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Sanchez pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Sanchez lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Sixx is bucking up trying to escape but Sanchez cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Sixx tries to reverse the position but Sanchez maintains control.

Sanchez working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Sixx looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Sanchez! Submission of the night perhaps?
