Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thai Bo king (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brock Shamrock has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Thai Bo king!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Brock Shamrock!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Tarja Halkonen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bo king fails with the takedown

and Shamrock counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Shamrock content to stall in guard here.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Shamrock passes into half guard.
Shamrock content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Shamrock lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Shamrock moves nicely into side control.

Shamrock has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Bo king tries to clinch up but Shamrock circles away and keeps his distance.

Shamrock feints and as Bo king raises his hands in defense, Shamrock changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Shamrock controlling from the top position.
Shamrock works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Shamrock takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Shamrock uses his free foot to push down on Bo king's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Bo king.
Shamrock content just to control the position here.
Bo king keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Bo king is working hard here to advance position.

Shamrock stands up from mount. Strange move.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bo king tries to clinch up.
Shamrock throws a push kick but Bo king slaps the foot to one side.
Bo king tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Shamrock paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bo king is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
A combination from Bo king does no damage.
Shamrock looks to land a body kick but Bo king moved away.
Shamrock throws a low kick but Bo king moves out of range easily.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Bo king enables Shamrock to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bo king manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Bo king is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Shamrock is controlling him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Shamrock decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Bo king moves to clinch but Shamrock breaks away

and Shamrock counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Bo king pushes Shamrock off and scrambles back to his feet.
Bo king is breathing heavily.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Shamrock gets a double leg takedown into Bo king's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Shamrock slips nicely into half guard.
Shamrock keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Bo king pushes Shamrock off looking to stand but Shamrock dives back in and keeps control.
Bo king wants to stand back up but Shamrock manages to pass into side control.
Shamrock is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Shamrock cracks Bo king with an elbow. That is naaassty.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Brock Shamrock dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Oooooh!!! Shamrock has knocked Bo king down with a huge combo! Shamrock steps away and waves a wobbly Bo king back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Bo king is rocked!

It looks like Thai Bo king has been cut.

Shamrock is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Bo king is in big trouble! Shamrock is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Bo king. Poor guy.
