The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kazee tries to clinch but Rage moves away

and Rage counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kazee won't be happy with that.

Rage is trying to get an arm triangle but Kazee is defending well.

Rage stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Kazee clinches with his opponent.

Rage manages to break the clinch.
Ezra Kazee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rage scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Rage seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kazee does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Rage wants to free his trapped foot but Kazee is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Rage is working for a kimura but Kazee is defending it quite comfortably.

Rage is stalling here. Kazee is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Rage seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Kazee has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Rage lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Kazee!
