Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sterling Jordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drago comes to the cage accompanied by Eye of the tiger. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Dmitry Maklakov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jordan misses with a hook
and Drago counters with a low kick, right behind Jordan 's knee.
Jordan throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Drago counters with a slapping leg kick.
Jordan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Drago swivels and escapes.
Sterling Jordan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Drago uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Jordan has time to react.

Drago swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Drago is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jordan.

Sterling Jordan's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Drago is pushing Jordan up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Drago is pressed up against the cage. Jordan has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Drago down to the mat. Drago avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Drago tries to close the distance and clinch but Jordan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fighters circle momentarily. Drago darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Drago lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Drago bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Jordan's head.
Jordan is trying desperately to land a takedown but Drago is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Jordan.
