The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Alexander Michailov has been cut.
Michailov tries to clinch there but Arkhov circles away.

Michailov forces Arkhov back against the cage and clinches.

Arkhov escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Michailov with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Arkhov to score with a decent uppercut.

Arkhov shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Arkhov showed some decent athleticism there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Michailov has his foot on Arkhov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Arkhov works his way back into a safe position though.
Arkhov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Michailov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Arkhov wants to get up but he can't break Michailov's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Michailov bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Arkhov's guard.

Michailov drops back looking for a leg! Arkhov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Arkhov manages to kick Michailov off! Michailov jumps back into Arkhov's guard.
