The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lewis pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Henderson back to the cage. Lewis follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Henderson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Henderson counters with a shoot takedown. Lewis fights it but they end up in guard.

Henderson is nestled in close to Lewis, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Henderson has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Lewis is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Henderson yanks on the arm and Lewis is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Henderson.
