Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Barney Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jorge Ayala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee comes to the cage accompanied by On To The Next One. Ayala is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: I WALK ALONE. The key to victory for Barney Lee has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jorge Ayala!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Dean Styles and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Lee is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Ayala drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lee looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lee looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lee!

Ayala had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Lee defends it easily.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Lee got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ayala has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lee has managed to get both his arms back between Ayala's legs - danger averted.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Lee lands a really nice looking cross but Ayala seems unphased.

I've got Ayala winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
