The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dynamite looks to land a combination but Sommers avoids it well.

Sommers scores with a takedown into Dynamite's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sommers pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dynamite is keeping the position for now.
Sommers throws and elbow that misses. Dynamite uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Sommers's guard. Nice move by Dynamite!
Dynamite wanted to stand there but Sommers had control of the position.
Dynamite wants to control from the top but Sommers keeps moving.
Dynamite would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Sommers tries to land a sweep but no joy.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Kid Dynamite.
Dynamite throws a jab but it's blocked by Sommers.
Sommers has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dynamite finds it's way round the side to connect with Sommers's head.
Dynamite works Sommers's body with a nice hook.
Sommers shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dynamite sprawls well. Dynamite wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sommers gets slowly back to his feet.
Sommers takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Sommers looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Dynamite drops Sommers with a beautiful combination! Sommers stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dynamite is looking for the KO!

It looks like Tj Sommers has been cut.

Dynamite cracks Sommers with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Sommers falls to his knees and Dynamite doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
