The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ransel ducks under a wild hook from Giant.
Giant tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ransel was well out of range. Poor timing from Giant.
Giant throws a series of punches but Ransel avoids them all with ease.
Giant connects with the punch.
Giant bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Ransel moves out of range of the strikes.
Ransel misses with a left hand
and Giant counters with a series of strikes. Ransel will be more careful next time no doubt.
Giant defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ransel.

Ransel looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Giant!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ransel postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Giant looks a forlorn figure.
Giant tries to reverse the position but Ransel maintains control.
Giant wants to hold on but Ransel pushes him away.

Ransel raining down shots from the mount!
Ransel thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Giant bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Ransel wants to stand and escape but Giant is having none of it.
Giant slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Ransel manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Giant misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Ransel.
Ransel chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Giant can pounce on him.
Horrible takedown by Ransel or perhaps it was just good defense by Giant which made him look bad.

and Ransel takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Giant moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Jolly Giant seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ransel looks gassed!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Giant lands a nice shot to the body.
Giant is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Giant feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Ransel's calf.

Ransel takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Giant connects with a looping right hand.
Giant lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Ransel falls backwards - clearly groggy! Giant dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
