The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Corleone misses with a hook.

Corleone scores with the left hand. Whiner knows he should have avoided that one.
Whiner looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Corleone throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Corleone avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Corleone attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

Whiner shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Corleone pinned against the cage. Corleone gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Gus Corleone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Corleone throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

It looks like Pommy Whiner has been cut.
Corleone lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Corleone gets caught napping as Whiner dives in and scores a takedown. Corleone manages to retain guard.

Whiner drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Whiner jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
