Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stefan Struve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milosz Nizinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nizinski clinches.

Nizinski gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Struve regains guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Struve got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nizinski has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Struve has managed to get both his arms back between Nizinski's legs - danger averted.

Struve remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Struve will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Nizinski shoots in looking for a takedown. Struve tries to sprawl out of it but Nizinski keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Struve manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Struve sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Nizinski's guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Struve connects with a nice short shot to Nizinski's temple.

Well Struve has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
