Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Whitepride Velasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Bourne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Bourne's choice of entrance music: Ethereal Connection. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Velasquez shoots in for a takedown but Bourne shows good takedown defense.

Bourne uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Velasquez.

Bourne does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Velasquez takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Bourne tries to work over Velasquez's front leg with a kick but Velasquez checks it.
Bourne throws a chopping leg kick but Velasquez manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Bourne ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Velasquez moves away.

Velasquez tries to sprawl but Bourne drives through with a takedown into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jason Bourne showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Velasquez takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Bourne uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Velasquez.

A looping hook to the body misses from Bourne. Velasquez does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bourne throws a left and a right that both miss
and Velasquez counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Whitepride Velasquez has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Bourne tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Velasquez was well out of range. Poor timing from Bourne.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bourne rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Velasquez counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.

Well Bourne has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
