Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zach Parise (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tron McFly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McFly has chosen I Disappear by Metalica as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFly tries to clinch
and Parise counters with a left to the body.
McFly looks to clinch
and Parise counters with a nice uppercut.
McFly moves to clinch but Parise breaks away
and Parise counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Parise throws a one two combo.
McFly tries to clinch
and Parise connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Parise moves into range and clinches up with McFly.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Parise creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
McFly has had enough of the clinch but Parise keeps him there for the moment.
McFly landing knees to the head.

It looks like Zach Parise has been cut.

McFly tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

McFly breaks the clinch.

and Parise counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Tron McFly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McFly pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Parise circles away from the clinch attempt
and Parise counters with a nice body shot.
McFly looks gassed!

McFly tries to keep at a distance but Parise has taken the fight into the clinch.
Parise wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
McFly working hard to break the clinch.
McFly looking to throw knees to the head but Parise is blocking nicely.
Parise looking to stall.

Parise breaks from the clinch.
McFly takes a shot to the body in his stride.
McFly takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Parise lands with a straight right. McFly didn't see that one coming.
Parise lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Parise lands with an uppercut that bounces McFly off the cage and back into rage.

McFly is rocked!

McFly takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Parise connects with a superb combination that knocks McFly out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Parise before he can land any more shots to the unconscious McFly!
