Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between KJ Dempsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Still (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Still has chosen Laveerre - Kaasupää as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, John Kavanagh and Jonathan Paton.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dempsey keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nice sprawl there from Still as Dempsey shoots in.
Dempsey throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Still counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Dempsey misses with a hook
letting Still counter with a right hand.
Dempsey throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dempsey throws a hook but Still blocks it.
Dempsey swings widly with a right hand
and Still counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Dempsey misses with a lunging right hand
and Still counters with a good low kick that Dempsey was not able to check.
A slow jab from Dempsey misses its intended target.
Still scores with a jab to the body.
Dempsey thows a body shot but no joy.
Dempsey tries to clinch but Still moves away
and Still counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

and Still counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Dempsey is adopting a defensive guard.
Still is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Still in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Still trying to control but Dempsey is working from the bottom.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Matt Still was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Still gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

A cross from Dempsey lands.
Dempsey on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Still shoots in for a takedown but Dempsey shows good takedown defense.

Still looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Dempsey!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Still scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Dempsey really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Still has hold of Dempsey's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Dempsey manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Dempsey sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Ground and pound from Still.
Still trying to control from half guard but Dempsey is working away.
Dempsey is looking to control Still's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dempsey avoid being mounted?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dempsey tries to roll over but Still keeps him under control.
Dempsey works his way to full guard. Good work.
Still is fighting to break Dempsey's control of his arms but Dempsey is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Dempsey manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Still manages to get himself to full guard.
Still trying to keep a closed guard but Dempsey is proving a slippery customer.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Still keeping moving, preventing Dempsey from controlling successfully.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Dempsey throws and elbow that misses. Still uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Dempsey's guard. Nice move by Still!

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Dempsey is on top in guard.

Still has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
