The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Citrus moves in looking to clinch but Bloodworth pushes him off.
A good leg kick by Citrus.
Citrus fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Bloodworth blocks a head kick by Citrus.

and Citrus counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Bloodworth!
Citrus tries to control but Bloodworth wriggling away.
Bloodworth tries to hold on but Citrus postures up.

Citrus looking to control but Bloodworth is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Citrus can't control as he wanted to and Bloodworth manages to get the fight back to his half guard.
Bloodworth tries to roll over but Citrus keeps him under control.
Well, if Citrus is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Citrus looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Bloodworth is staying active underneath Citrus, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Citrus not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Bloodworth scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Citrus manages to mount him!
Bloodworth wants to try and get back to his feet.
Citrus trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Citrus lands a big shot there that rocks Bloodworth but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Bloodworth wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Citrus.
Bloodworth is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Citrus takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Skoal Citrus just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Bloodworth darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Citrus is looking to improve his position.

Citrus tries to kick Bloodworth off but Bloodworth keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Citrus works his way to full guard. Good work.
Bloodworth prevents Citrus from getting back to his feet.
Citrus wants to sweep but no luck.
Citrus trying to keep a closed guard but Bloodworth is proving a slippery customer.
Bloodworth wants to control from the top but Citrus keeps moving.
Citrus looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bloodworth is one step ahead there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Citrus wants to clinch up but Bloodworth keeps it at a distance.
Citrus throws a head kick but Bloodworth moves out of range.
Citrus pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Citrus tries to close the distance and clinch but Bloodworth swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bloodworth.

Citrus shoots in and bounces Bloodworth off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.

Bloodworth is breathing heavily.
Bloodworth wants to get back to his feet but Citrus is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Citrus trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Citrus drives through and clinches with Bloodworth against the ropes.
Bloodworth takes a shot to the head.

Citrus escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bloodworth looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bloodworth fails to land with a series of punches.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
