Nygaard comes to the cage accompanied by Drowning Pool - Bodies. Danny Jork will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nygaard moves out of range of the body kick.
Jork throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Nygaard counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Jork's guard now.
