The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves lands with a thumping leg kick.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Kana might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Alves has got the better of the exchanges.

Kana tries to buck Alves off but Alves is having none of it.
Alves is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Kana looks calm but he's in trouble here. Alves gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Kana is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Alves lets go of the hold and Kana can pop his arm back in it's socket.
