Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ettore Masiero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Furcal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Ettore Masiero has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Ettore Masiero seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Furcal moves out of range as Masiero throws a body kick.
Masiero moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Masiero fakes the leg kick and cracks Furcal in the body.
A slapping body kick lands there for Masiero.
Masiero tries to score with a low kick but Furcal moves his leg out of the way.
Masiero misses with a kick to the body.
Furcal throws a nice looking combination but Masiero bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Furcal checks the leg kick nicely there.
Masiero tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Furcal is able to avoid easily.
Furcal swats away the attempt to clinch by Masiero.

Masiero dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Furcal. That did some damage!
Masiero throws a nice looking combination but Furcal bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Masiero lands a leg kick that knocks Furcal off balance momentarily.
Masiero motions for Furcal to come forward. Masiero throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Masiero. Furcal shrugs it off though.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Furcal is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Masiero fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Furcal manages to avoid it.

Masiero lands a nice looking body kick.
Masiero lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Masiero scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

Masiero lands a nice leg kick that just misses Furcal's sensitive parts.

Masiero buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Masiero throws a hook but Furcal avoids it easily.
Masiero fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Furcal.
Masiero is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Masiero throws a front kick that sends Furcal stumbling back into the cage.
Furcal's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
A solid leg kick lands there for Masiero.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Masiero throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Masiero misses with a low kick as Furcal jumps back.
The crowd cheers as Masiero lands an impressive looking overhand right. Furcal doesn't seem phased though.

Masiero feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Furcal sprawling to the canvas! Furcal rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Masiero finish him?!

Furcal is rocked!

It looks like Mike Furcal has been cut.

Furcal takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Furcal is still on wobbly legs! Can Masiero finish him?
Masiero fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Furcal looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Masiero feints and then cracks Furcal's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Furcal down.
Ettore Masiero seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Furcal is aggressively charging in as Masiero backs up avoiding any damage. Masiero tosses out a jab and Furcal runs right into it face first! Furcal is out cold! Masiero dropped down on all fours and is barking in Furcal's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
