Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Marciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Crippler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marciano's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, lets dance. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Joe Crippler was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marciano just misses with a punch to the body.

and Marciano counters with a three punch combo that has Crippler backing up. Crippler nods at Marciano to acknowledge the strikes.

Marciano has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Crippler.
Marciano really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Rocky Marciano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Marciano sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Crippler's guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Marciano connects with a nice short shot to Crippler's temple.

Marciano sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Marciano postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Crippler looks a forlorn figure.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

and Marciano decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Crippler's guard.

Rocky Marciano overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Marciano won't allow Crippler to get back to his feet.

Marciano isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Crippler stacks Marciano on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Crippler!
