PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Trevor Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Otis Amber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Otis Amber was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Trevor Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Otis Amber!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Luis Engracia and Matheus Silva.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Jackson throws a sloppy head kick and Amber moves out of range easily.

Amber shoots in for a double leg but Jackson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Amber can do anything to dispel that myth.

That was a close second round but I would say that Trevor Jackson will probably get the nod.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jackson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
