Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peter Parker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Noah Walburn!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Donatello Bradman and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker cracks the inside of Walburn's front leg.
Walburn throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Parker makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Parker lands a nice looking kick to the body. Walburn takes a step back to recover.
Parker throws a jab but it's blocked by Walburn.

Parker misses with a head kick.
Walburn lands with a nice body kick.
Parker throws a nice outside leg kick.
Walburn tries to clinch there but Parker circles away.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Walburn throws a low kick but it's checked well by Parker.

and Parker counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Walburn misses with a low kick as Parker jumps back.

Parker fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Walburn manages to avoid it.
Parker darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

so Walburn counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Walburn won't allow Parker to sweep him here.
Walburn must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

That was a close round but I would say that Peter Parker will probably get the nod.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Walburn slips a jab from Parker.
Parker takes a swing at Walburn's ribcage but misses.
Parker is looking to wear down Walburn with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Walburn is looking to clinch.
Parker throws a head kick that misses.

Walburn ducks right into an uppercut from Parker.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

and Walburn counters with a body kick that stops Parker in his tracks momentarily.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Parker throws a head kick that misses.
Parker cracks Walburn with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Parker lands a right hook to the body.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Walburn has his takedown stuffed

Parker scores with the left hand. Walburn knows he should have avoided that one.
Walburn tries to score a power double leg takedown but Parker sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Walburn somewhat.

Parker is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Parker throws a body punch but Walburn moves out of range.
Walburn throws a sloppy head kick
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Walburn bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Peter Parker is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Walburn shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Parker counters with a body kick.
Noah Walburn has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Parker slaps away a takedown attempt from Walburn, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Peter Parker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Noah Walburn.
Parker jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Peter Parker showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Parker, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
