Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dave Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ming Hie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hall comes to the cage accompanied by Wolfmother - Colossal. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hie is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Hie tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hall swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Horrible takedown by Hie or perhaps it was just good defense by Hall which made him look bad.
Hie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hall's waist but Hall gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hie off to one side.
Nice takedown defense from Hall. No joy for Hie on that attempt.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Hie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hall tries to avoid it but Hie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hall to the ground. Hall escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Ming Hie wasn't active enough on the ground.
Hall goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Hie tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hall was well out of range. Poor timing from Hie.
Hie moves in looking to clinch but Hall pushes him off.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Hie bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Hie looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Hie throws a hook to the side of Hall's head but Hall sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Ming Hie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hie shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hall pinned against the cage. Hall gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
