Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Cahill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Mountbatten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cahill comes to the cage accompanied by Bringing it Back. Mountbatten has chosen Last Resort as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, William Mountbatten!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mountbatten ducks under a wild hook from Cahill.
Cahill throws a sloppy head kick and Mountbatten moves out of range easily.
Cahill lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Cahill.

It looks like William Mountbatten has been cut.
Cahill tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mountbatten was well out of range. Poor timing from Cahill.
Cahill rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Mountbatten counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Mountbatten gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Cahill lands a leg kick that knocks Mountbatten off balance momentarily.
Mountbatten looks to clinch
and Cahill counters with a straight right hand.
Mountbatten scores with a nice head shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cahill takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Mountbatten throws the left hand but Cahill avoids the punch easily.
Cahill throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mountbatten stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Cahill jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Cahill lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Cahill feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Mountbattens jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Cahill steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Mountbatten.
A looping hook to the body misses from Mountbatten. Cahill does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cahill chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Mountbatten swings away with a body shot that misses
and Cahill makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Mountbatten really felt that one!
Cahill is looking to slow Mountbatten down with leg kicks.
Mountbatten looks gassed!
Cahill scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cahill lands a glancing blow to the side of Mountbatten's head.

Mountbatten is rocked!
Mountbatten wants to stay close but Cahill steps back to make room for something. Mountbatten seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Cahill and Mountbatten drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
